- Supplemental Information
- The creation of this climatology is endorsed by Ocean-Cryosphere Exchanges in ANtarctica: Impacts on Climate and the Earth System (OCEAN ICE) project. OCEAN ICE is a new Horizon Europe project, funded by the European Commission and UKRI. The project started on the 1st of November 2022 and will run for 4 years until 31st October 2026. This work was also supported by NASA project 19-MAP19-0011 Assessing the Impact of Glacial Melt on the Coupled Climate (grant # 80NSSC20K1158).

- Statement
- The climatology field was objectively mapped from the raw temperature and salinity profiles assembled and published as DOI 10.17882/99787. The dataset includes three-dimensional objectively analysed Conservative Temperature and Absolute Salinity fields, accompanied by modified standard errors (MSE) to quantify interpolation uncertainties.
