PIG-CES code and data
Code and supporting data for Pine Island Glacier experiments and the preprint associated with the PIG-CES study. The archived software supports simulation, calibration and analysis workflows relevant to the OCEAN ICE work on coupled ice-sheet–ocean model initialisation and uncertainty-aware parameter estimation.

The PIG-CES repository contains code and supporting data prepared for Pine Island Glacier modelling experiments and the associated preprint. The repository includes material used to run simulations, perform the calibration/ensemble procedure and reproduce analysis and figures. Version v0.1 is archived on Zenodo and supplements the public GitHub repository. Within OCEAN ICE, this software is linked to Deliverable D3.4 on the feasibility of using ensemble-based inversion methods for ice-sheet–ocean model initialisation.
