Future freshwater fluxes from the Antarctic ice sheet - low emission scenario

This dataset contains yearly timeseries of the [5 25 50 75 95] percentiles for the calibrated probabilistic projections of Antarctic net mass balance, surface meltwater runoff, sub-shelf melt, and calving fluxes (in Gt/yr) for the Antarctic Ice Sheet under a low emissions scenario.

Statement

The dataset contains yearly probabilistic projections of freshwater fluxes integrated over the entire Antarctic Ice Sheet from 1990 to 2300 under the SSP1-2.6 low-emission scenario. Projections were generated with the Kori-ULB ice-sheet model. For each year, the 5th, 25th, 50th, 75th and 95th percentiles are provided for Antarctic net mass balance, surface meltwater runoff, sub-shelf melt and calving fluxes. The resulting data are distributed as NetCDF and made accessible through the OCEAN ICE ERDDAP service.
